A Fabulous Grooming Shop

I have been going to Ridge Dog Shop for eight years. I have never had a bad experience. The employees are gracious and courteous at all times. Susan is a gem! She always meets and greets you and helps you and your pet in a most professional way. Susan is proactive and keeps records on Sophie's grooming appointments so that I don't miss an appointment. I find this most helpful. Sophie, my Yorkie, is sometimes difficult to handle. She can bite if you are not careful. I have never had a call to say that they cannot groom Sophie. The groomers have a way of calming her down and making it work for her. Sophie enjoys being groomed and loves to go. I have recommended Ridge Dog Shop to a lot of my friends. They thank me every time they go. Word of mouth says it all! Ridge Dog Shop is a fabulous place to take your pets and receive excellent service. Martha Perdue :)
