Rude Nurses

I called to get a prescription changed and the nurse was so rude to me that I will not be going back to this practice. I had a question about what the difference was between the new medication and the old one i was prescribed and my doctor would not even call me to explain. I was told by the nurse that I had to make an appointment to ask one simple question.
