NO...NO...NO...NO

I found myself in a huge bind when my wages started being garnished and I ended up have extreme and costly expenses incurred when the motor needed to be replaced in my car. A friend suggested that I speak with someone about filing a Chapter 13 to try and consolidate my debt and I did...I contact Nnika White; White & Associates. In my initial consultation, I did not see Ms. White, I spoke with another gentleman that WAS working in the office, but soon there after left the firm (why?). When I did finally meet with Ms. White, she was over an hour late and she was not dressed presentably at all. She called me into her office as soon as she walked in, had me sitting there while she unpacked her bags (which consisted of case files balled up in a back pack) and did not appear to be organized at all. While in her office, she kept her door wide open the entire time (while we discussed my personal information), her "Senior Paralegal" kept interupting by coming in and out of the office about other cases, and various things that she had done or still needed to do, and she kept answering the phone (while I was in the middle of talking). Ms. White's focus was not on me at all while I was there or finding out the details of exactly what she needed to know about my case or my situation. When inquiring about the other "associates" of the firm, I was told that they were all either in court or out of town...there are no other associates!!! They made promises of which they did not keep and I kept trying to reach them by phone, leaving message after message, and to no avail did I received a return phone call. At the point of frustration, I sent them an email explaining exactly how I felt and why. She nor her Senior Paralegal are professional, courteous, or oragnized. She has made a total mess out of my case and I would not advise anyone to seek her for representation. It has become apparent that she is overwhelmed and very much out of her league and needs to re-evaluate her business practices and who she has working for her...not a "Senior Paralegal" that look like she just woke up and roll out of the bed with a tank top, jeans, and flip-flops on in the office!!!!
