THE PLUMBER CUT TWO HOLES IN MY CEILING... ONLY TO FIND OUT LATER THAT WATER PIPES DO NOT RUN ACROSS THE CEILING, THEY RUN UP AND DOWN.. AND A PLUMBER SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT. THERE WAS ONLY A BEDROOM ABOVE, NOT A BATHROOM. THEY COULNDNT REPAIR THE DRYWALL. I CALLED THE SERVICE# AND MADE A COMPLAINT. NOTHING. I ALSO GAVE MY CREDIT CARD AT TIME OF SERVICE AND ASKED THE REPAIR MAN WHAT MY TOTAL WAS... HE COULD NOT TELL ME.. I CALLED THE OFFICE THEY COULDNT TELL ME BUT SAID THEY WOULD CALL. FIVE MONTHS LATER A CHARGE OF 162.50 IS NOW ON MY CREDIT CARD. WHAT A MESS. I WOULDNT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
