Escalade was Awesome!

My wedding was in September of 2008 and we rented the escalade limo so the whole bridal party could fit. It was awesome!! Everyone kept talking about how nice it was and how much fun it was. They showed up early to pick us up and we were very satisfied!

This is the WORST experience I have ever had dealing with a business. The company was contacted to make the reservation and then also recontacted the week of the event to verify the reservation. The limo NEVER showed up and no phone call was ever made to me or the hotel I stayed at! The following Monday when I contacted the company, I was given a bunch of lame excuses and lies about what happened. They explained to me that they had a driver that quit unexpectedly, which I can understand, but they they lied and said they had no contact phone for me. Which I know is not true because they took all of my information down in order to make the reservation. But even if that was true, they had the information of what hotel I was staying in.
