About CLJS General Contracting

With over 35 years of custom home building, and custom Interior build outs CLJS General Contracting is a third generation contractor. Charles L Johnson founded the company in 1971 and received his class "A" Builders license in 1984, from there the company has produced thousands of custom homes in the state of Virginia, and has created a name for itself by achieving every goal set.

Today the company is still achieving goals, and being run by Wayne L. Johnson, Jr. grandson of Charles l. Johnson and son of Wayne L. Johnson Sr. With the 35 years mainly focusing on the residential side of construction, Wayne has taken the level of work up to Tenant Interior build outs on the Commercial side with a strong knowledge of LEED development, knowing that the future is in our hands for the generations to come.
