Excellent plumbing job

We used Bradley Mechanical to replace an aging heat pump this summmer and found the estimator and installers to be friendly, courteous, knowlegeable, efficient and prompt. Since our hot water heater was also 15 years old, we knew it was only a matter of time before it failed, so we invited Bradley and one other company to give us an estimate on replacing the water heater. Although Bradley was not the cheapest initial bid, when asked, they were willing to match the other company's estimate AND install the water heater that same day. The work was completed efficiently and cleanly and again, Bradley's staff was very courteous, knowledgeable and willing to explain anything I asked. When the bushing where the electrical wiring exited the wall and entered the flexible conduit to the top of the heater was noticed to have fallen out of the sheetrock, Bradley came back promptly and corrected the problem. I am happy to have found this company for my HVAC and plumbing needs and will definitely use them in the future.
