I took my 3 year old daughter to this practice for her first dental appointment on the recommendation of my dentist. They had everything that you look for in a Petratic office. Toys in the waiting room, dental chairs that are right sized and toys for the children to choose when they leave. What they didn't have is a smile on their face. I had been preparing my daughter for her first dental appointment for a long time. We've read a couple of children books so she would understand what happens. My expectation was that they would have at least made it a happy occasion for her. Instead we were ushered in and treated with no warmth at all. Even when I told them it was her first time they didn't explain anything, talk to her or put her at ease. In addition Dr.Atkins provided the shortest answers possible to my questions. Our whole first visit was less than 15 minutes. Apparently, it was more important to usher as many people through the door than it was to provide individual time and attention their clients. This practice has been around for awhile. Made be too long.
